Hydrate
It’s important to stay hydrated before donating. Try to drink an extra 16 oz of water the day of your donation
Clothing
Wear something comfortable with sleeves that can be easily rolled up above the elbow.
Iron Level
Eat food rich in iron in the weeks leading up to your donation to try and maintain a healthy iron level.
Medications
Bring a list of the medications you take in case any effect your donation eligibility
Bring Your ID
Bring either your donor card, license or two other forms of identification
Rapid Pass
Fill out Rapid Pass online to make your wait a lot shorter!
Relax
Blood donation is a simple and safe procedure, so there’s nothing to worry about
