Be A Hero - Michigan Stadium

Be a Hero is an event hosted by our sponsor, Wolverines for Life, in the Jack Roth Suites at Michigan Stadium. The event brings together organizations with the common goal of saving lives. It’s also where we host our largest drive of the competition, with a goal of 375 pints of blood. In addition to the blood drive, representatives from Be the Match and the Michigan Organ Donor Registry will be on-site helping people sign up to be donors. Bring your family and friends to Michigan Stadium to experience this amazing event! We look forward to seeing you there in the future!

In 2018, Be a Hero at the Big House was our largest and most successful ever! We collected blood donations from 432 donors for a total of 473 pints of blood: an American Red Cross record for a blood drive in Southeastern Michigan! Thank you to everyone who came out to support our biggest blood drive ever!

In 2022, we collected 305 pints of blood. We hope to collect even more next year with help from donors like YOU!
